Recombinant CCR7 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CCR7 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C171358) against CCR7. C-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CCR7) is a receptor for the MIP-3-beta chemokine. CCR7 is a probable mediator of EBV effects on B-lymphocytes or of normal lymphocyte functions. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of MCF-7, RAW264.7, C6, Mouse lymph node, Rat lymph node, IF analysis of Jurkat and FCM analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the membrane.
