Recombinant CD272/BTLA Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD272/BTLA Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C511598) against CD272/BTLA. This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The encoded protein contains a single immunoglobulin (Ig) domain and is a receptor that relays inhibitory signals to suppress the immune response. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse spleen and IHC analysis of Mouse spleen. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
