The Recombinant CD3 epsilon Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C511040) against CD3 epsilon. Part of the TCR-CD3 complex present on T-lymphocyte cell surface that plays an essential role in adaptive immune response. In absence of a functional TCR-CD3 complex, thymocytes are unable to differentiate properly. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse thymus. The target is localized to the cytoplasm and membrane.
