Recombinant CD32B Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD32B Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311097) against CD32B. CD32b is receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down-modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B-cells (BCR), T-cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Daudi, Human prostate cancer, THP-1, IHC analysis of Human spleen, Human placenta and IF analysis of Daudi, HT-29(Negative cell line). The target is localized to the membrane.
