Recombinant CD50/ICAM3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CD50/ICAM3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C341104) against CD50/ICAM3. ICAM proteins are ligands for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 (integrin alpha-L/beta-2). ICAM3 is also a ligand for integrin alpha-D/beta-2. In association with integrin alpha-L/beta-2, contributes to apoptotic neutrophil phagocytosis by macrophages. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human colon, Human tonsil, IF analysis of Ramos, Jurkat and FCM analysis of PBMC. The target is localized to the membrane.
