The Recombinant CD62P Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C271108) against CD62P. Ca2+-dependent receptor for myeloid cells that binds to carbohydrates on neutrophils and monocytes. Mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes. The ligand recognized is sialyl-Lewis X. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse lung, Mouse serum, Rat lung and IF analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the membrane.
