The Recombinant CD79A/Ig-alpha Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310098) against CD79A. The B lymphocyte antigen receptor is a multimeric complex that includes the antigen-specific component, surface immunoglobulin (Ig). Surface Ig non-covalently associates with two other proteins, Ig-alpha and Ig-beta, which are necessary for expression and function of the B-cell antigen receptor. This gene encodes the Ig-alpha protein of the B-cell antigen component. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and ICC/IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Daudi, Raji, Ramos, IHC analysis of Human tonsil and IF analysis of HL-60.
