Recombinant Cdc25C Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Cdc25C Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C710321) against Cdc25C. This gene encodes a conserved protein that plays a key role in the regulation of cell division. The encoded protein directs dephosphorylation of cyclin B-bound CDC2 and triggers entry into mitosis. It also suppresses p53-induced growth arrest. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of U-14 and IHC analysis of Human bladder carcinoma. The target is localized to the nucleus.
