Recombinant CDK6 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CDK6 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310684) against CDK6. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the cyclin-dependent protein kinase (CDK) family. CDK family members are highly similar to the gene products of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cdc28, and Schizosaccharomyces pombe cdc2, and are known to be important regulators of cell cycle progression. This kinase is a catalytic subunit of the protein kinase complex that is important for cell cycle G1 phase progression and G1/S transition. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela and IHC analysis of Human colon tissue, Mouse colon tissue. The target is localized to the nuclear.
