The Recombinant CEACAM1/CD66a Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C320139) against CEACAM1. This gene encodes a member of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) gene family, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Two subgroups of the CEA family, the CEA cell adhesion molecules and the pregnancy-specific glycoproteins, are located within a 1.2 Mb cluster on the long arm of chromosome 19. Eleven pseudogenes of the CEA cell adhesion molecule subgroup are also found in the cluster. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, HT-29 and IHC analysis of Human liver. The target is localized to the cell membrane, secreted.
Store at -20°C valid for 12 months. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
