Recombinant CHD3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CHD3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111393) against CHD3. Chromodomain-helicase-DNA-binding protein 3(CHD3) is an enzyme that is encoded by the CHD3 gene in human. This gene encodes a member of the CHD family of proteins which are characterized by the presence of chromo (chromatin organization modifier) domains and SNF2-related helicase/ATPase domains. CHD3 is one of the components of a histone deacetylase complex referred to as the Mi-2/NuRD complex which participates in the remodeling of chromatin by deacetylating histones. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus, centrosome.
