The Recombinant CPVL Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C320409) against CPVL. The protein encoded by this gene is a carboxypeptidase and bears strong sequence similarity to serine carboxypeptidases. Carboxypeptidases are a large class of proteases that act to cleave a single amino acid from the carboxy termini of proteins or peptides. The exact function of this protein, however, has not been determined. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK-293.
