Recombinant CREB-1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant CREB-1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110489) against CREB-1. This gene encodes a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. This protein binds as a homodimer to the cAMP-responsive element, an octameric palindrome. The protein is phosphorylated by several protein kinases, and induces transcription of genes in response to hormonal stimulation of the cAMP pathway. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SH-SY5Y. The target is localized to the nucleus.
