The Recombinant Cystathionase Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C310876) against Cystathionase. This gene encodes a cytoplasmic enzyme in the trans-sulfuration pathway that converts cystathione derived from methionine into cysteine. Glutathione synthesis in the liver is dependent upon the availability of cysteine. Mutations in this gene cause cystathioninuria. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human colon. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
