Recombinant Cystatin A Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Cystatin A Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131128) against Cystatin A. This is an intracellular thiol proteinase inhibitor. Has an important role in desmosome-mediated cell-cell adhesion in the lower levels of the epidermis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat kidney. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
