The Recombinant DDX3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111500) against DDX3. DDX3, also named as DBX, DDX3X and HLP2, belongs to the DEAD box helicase family and DED1 subfamily. It is ATP-dependent RNA helicase. DDX3 acts as a cofactor for XPO1-mediated nuclear export of incompletely spliced HIV-1 REV RNAs. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, MCF-7, NIH/3T3, C6, IHC analysis of Human breast cancer, Mouse cerebrum, IF analysis of HeLa and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the cell membrane, nucleus, cytoplasm.
