Recombinant JAK3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant JAK3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C370563) against JAK3. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Janus kinase (JAK) family of tyrosine kinases involved in cytokine receptor-mediated intracellular signal transduction. It is predominantly expressed in immune cells and transduces a signal in response to its activation via tyrosine phosphorylation by interleukin receptors. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal SCID (severe combined immunodeficiency disease). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of KARPAS-299. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
