Recombinant DNAJA4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant DNAJA4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C130841) against DNAJA4. Enables protein-folding chaperone binding activity and unfolded protein binding activity. Involved in several processes, including negative regulation of endothelial cell migration; negative regulation of inclusion body assembly; and protein refolding. Located in cytosol and membrane. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the Membrane {ECO:0000305}; Lipid-anchor {ECO:0000305}.
