Recombinant DNMT1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant DNMT1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311350) against DNMT1. Dnmt1 is an enzyme that transfers methyl groups to cytosine nucleotides of genomic DNA. This protein is the major enzyme responsible for maintaining methylation patterns following DNA replication and shows a preference for hemi-methylated DNA. Methylation of DNA is an important component of mammalian epigenetic gene regulation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Jurkat, IHC analysis of Human stomach, Human tonsil, IF analysis of HeLa and IP analysis of Jurkat cells extracts. The target is localized to the nucleus.
