Recombinant DPEP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant DPEP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311130) against DPEP1. Hydrolyzes a wide range of dipeptides including the conversion of leukotriene D4 to leukotriene E4. Hydrolyzes cystinyl-bis-glycine (cys-bis-gly) formed during glutathione degradation. Possesses also beta lactamase activity and hydrolytically inactivates beta-lactam antibiotics. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P and ICC/IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa and IF analysis of MCF-7. The target is localized to the membrane.
