Recombinant DRP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant DRP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110704) against DRP1. This gene encodes a member of the dynamin superfamily of GTPases. The encoded protein mediates mitochondrial and peroxisomal division, and is involved in developmentally regulated apoptosis and programmed necrosis. Dysfunction of this gene is implicated in several neurological disorders, including Alzheimer's disease. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549, HeLa, Mouse brain, Rat brain, Rat heart. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
