The Recombinant DUSP5 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121475) against DUSP5. DUSP5 is a member of the dual specificity protein phosphatase subfamily. These phosphatases inactivate their target kinases by dephosphorylating both the phosphoserine/threonine and phosphotyrosine residues. They negatively regulate members of the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase superfamily (MAPK/ERK, SAPK/JNK, p38), which are associated with cellular proliferation and differentiation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of MCF7, HCT-116, Raji, K562, C2C12, PC12 and IHC analysis of Human bladder cancer, Human papillary thyroid carcinoma. The target is localized to the nucleus.
