Recombinant RPS6 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant RPS6 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110328) against RPS6. Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a cytoplasmic ribosomal protein that is a component of the 40S subunit. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of 3T3-L1. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
