Recombinant Dynamin 1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Dynamin 1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111131) against Dynamin 1. Microtubule-associated force-producing protein involved in producing microtubule bundles and able to bind and hydrolyze GTP. Most probably involved in vesicular trafficking processes. Involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of SHSY-5Y, IHC analysis of Human cerebrum, Mouse cerebrum, Rat cerebrum and IF analysis of Neuro-2a. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
