The Recombinant Endoplasmin Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110307) against Endoplasmin. This gene encodes a member of a family of adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-metabolizing molecular chaperones with roles in stabilizing and folding other proteins. The encoded protein is localized to melanosomes and the endoplasmic reticulum. Expression of this protein is associated with a variety of pathogenic states, including tumor formation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A431, A549, Hela, HepG2, C2C12, NIH/3T3, Mouse brain, PC-12. The target is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum.
