Recombinant ERCC1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ERCC1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C151140) against ERCC1. Non-catalytic component of a structure-specific DNA repair endonuclease responsible for the 5'-incision during DNA repair. Participates in the processing of anaphase bridge-generating DNA structures, which consist in incompletely processed DNA lesions arising during S or G2 phase, and can result in cytokinesis failure. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Mouse colon, Rat colon, Human colon cancer, Human lung squamous carcinoma. The target is localized to the nucleus.
