Recombinant FXR1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant FXR1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110701) against fxr1. The protein encoded by this gene is an RNA binding protein that interacts with the functionally-similar proteins FMR1 and FXR2. These proteins shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm and associate with polyribosomes, predominantly with the 60S ribosomal subunit. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK293 and IHC analysis of Human brain tissue, Mouse brain tissue. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
