Recombinant GMEB1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant GMEB1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110835) against GMEB1. This gene encodes a member of KDWK gene family which associates with GMEB2 protein. The GMEB1-GMEB2 complex is essential for parvovirus DNA replication. Studies in rat for a similar gene suggest that this gene's role is to modulate the transactivation of the glucocorticoid receptor when it is bound to glucocorticoid response elements. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the Nucleus. Cytoplasm, Note: May be also cytoplasmic.
