Recombinant GST3/GSTP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant GST3/GSTP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111166) against GST3/GSTP1. Conjugation of reduced glutathione to a wide number of exogenous and endogenous hydrophobic electrophiles. Involved in the formation of glutathione conjugates of both prostaglandin A2 (PGA2) and prostaglandin J2 (PGJ2). Participates in the formation of novel hepoxilin regioisomers. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of PC-3, K562, IHC analysis of Human lung adenocarcinoma, Mouse stomach, Rat stomach and IF analysis of K562. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, mitochondrion, nucleus.
