Recombinant HLA-DPB1 Monoclonal Antibody
The Recombinant HLA-DPB1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C211174) against HLA-DPB1. Binds peptides derived from antigens that access the endocytic route of antigen presenting cells (APC) and presents them on the cell surface for recognition by the CD4 T-cells. The peptide binding cleft accommodates peptides of 10-30 residues. The peptides presented by MHC class II molecules are generated mostly by degradation of proteins that access the endocytic route, where they are processed by lysosomal proteases and other hydrolases. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse spleen, Raji, IHC analysis of Human tonsil, IF analysis of Raji, Ramos and IP analysis of Raji cells extracts. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
