Recombinant HNF-4α Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant HNF-4α Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110276) against HNF-4α. The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear transcription factor which binds DNA as a homodimer. The encoded protein controls the expression of several genes, including hepatocyte nuclear factor 1 alpha, a transcription factor which regulates the expression of several hepatic genes. This gene may play a role in development of the liver, kidney, and intestines. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549, Caco-2. The target is localized to the nucleus.
