Recombinant HOXB4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant HOXB4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C331503) against HOXB4. HOXB4, a member of the Antp homeobox family, is a nuclear protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. It acts as a sequence-specific transcription factor that is involved in development. Intracellular or ectopic expression of this protein expands hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in vivo and in vitro, making it a potential candidate for therapeutic stem cell expansion. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, Jurkat. The target is localized to the nucleus.
