This receptor binds insulin-like growth factor with a high affinity. It has tyrosine kinase activity. The insulin-like growth factor I receptor plays a critical role in transformation events. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of LoVo and IHC analysis of Human bladder carcinoma tissue. The target is localized to the membranous.
