Binds gamma-satellite DNA. Plays a role in the development of lymphocytes, B- and T-cells. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Raji, Ramos, MOLT4, Jurkat and IHC analysis of Human colon cancer, Human lung adenocarcinoma, Human lymphoma. The target is localized to the nucleus.
