The Recombinant IL-33 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110126) against IL33. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that binds to the IL1RL1/ST2 receptor. The encoded protein is involved in the maturation of Th2 cells and the activation of mast cells, basophils, eosinophils and natural killer cells. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of THP-1, THP-1 was treated with TPA (80nM) for 24 hours and LPS (1µg/ml) for 15 minutes and IHC analysis of Human tonsil.
