Recombinant ILF3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant ILF3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111380) against ILF3. Interleukin enhancer-binding factor 3 (ILF3) is a double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) binding protein that complexes with other proteins, dsRNAs, small noncoding RNAs, and mRNAs to regulate gene expression and stabilize mRNAs. This protein (NF90, ILF3) forms a heterodimer with a 45 kDa transcription factor (NF45, ILF2) required for T-cell expression of interleukin 2. This complex has been shown to affect the redistribution of nuclear mRNA to the cytoplasm. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A431, Neuro-2a, C6, Mouse testis, Rat testis, IHC analysis of Human kidney, Human liver, Human testis, Mouse colon, Mouse liver, Mouse testis, Rat cerebrum, Rat cardiac muscle, IF analysis of HeLa, A431 and FCM analysis of HeLa.
