Recombinant iNOS Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant iNOS Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C251191) against iNOS. Produces nitric oxide (NO) which is a messenger molecule with diverse functions throughout the body. In macrophages, NO mediates tumoricidal and bactericidal actions. Also has nitrosylase activity and mediates cysteine S-nitrosylation of cytoplasmic target proteins such PTGS2/COX2. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human lung squamous carcinoma, Mouse lung. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
