Recombinant JAK2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant JAK2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110478) against JAK2. This gene product is a protein tyrosine kinase involved in a specific subset of cytokine receptor signaling pathways. It has been found to be constituitively associated with the prolactin receptor and is required for responses to gamma interferon. Mice that do not express an active protein for this gene exhibit embryonic lethality associated with the absence of definitive erythropoiesis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of A549, K562, Rat brain. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
