Recombinant KRAS Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant KRAS Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C171206) against KRAS. KRAS, a Ras protein, binds GDP/GTP and possesses intrinsic GTPase activity; It plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation and in promoting oncogenic events by inducing transcriptional silencing of tumor suppressor genes (TSGs) in colorectal cancer (CRC) cells in a ZNF304-dependent manner. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IF and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HCT-116, SW480, Rat brain, Mouse brain, IF analysis of HL-60 and IP analysis of HeLa cells extracts. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
