Recombinant LRP6 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant LRP6 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C210343) against LRP6. This gene encodes a member of the low density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor gene family. LDL receptors are transmembrane cell surface proteins involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis of lipoprotein and protein ligands. The protein encoded by this gene functions as a receptor or, with Frizzled, a co-receptor for Wnt and thereby transmits the canonical Wnt/beta-catenin signaling cascade. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the membrane.
