The Recombinant LTA4H Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131212) against LTA4H. Leukotriene A4 hydrolase, also known as LTA4H is a human gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a bifunctional enzyme which converts leukotriene A4 to leukotriene B4 and acts as an aminopeptidase. It acts as an epoxide hydrolase to catalyze the conversion of LTA4 to the proinflammatory mediator leukotriene B4 (LTB4). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, HEK-293, Mouse spleen, PC-12. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
