Recombinant Ly-6A/E Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Ly-6A/E Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C521214) against Ly-6A/E. Stem cell antigen 1 (Ly6A) is a member of the lymphocyte antigen 6 (Ly-6) family, and is the main phenotypic marker of mouse hematopoietic progenitor/stem cell subsets. The Ly-6 family is involved in the regulation of B cell and T cell activation. Ly6A is expressed on pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and is used as a marker for mouse HSC. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse thymus, C2C12, C2C12 cell lysate and IHC analysis of Mouse testis. The target is localized to the membrane.
