The Recombinant Ly108/SLAMF6 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C370019) against SLAMF6. The protein encoded by this gene is a type I transmembrane protein, belonging to the CD2 subfamily of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This encoded protein is expressed on Natural killer (NK), T, and B lymphocytes. It undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation and associates with the Src homology 2 domain-containing protein (SH2D1A) as well as with SH2 domain-containing phosphatases (SHPs). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Ramos, Daudi and IF analysis of Jurkat. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
