Recombinant Lysozyme Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Lysozyme Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C321490) against Lysozyme. Lysozyme belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 22 family. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of the bacterial cell wall beta glycosidic linkages between N-acetylmuramic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. In tissues and body fluids this protein is associated with the monocyte-macrophage system and enhance the activity of immunoagents. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa (Negative control), THP-1, IHC analysis of Human spleen, Human tonsil and IP analysis of THP-1 cells extracts. The target is localized to the secreted.
