Recombinant MALT1/MLT Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant MALT1/MLT Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C371218) against MALT1/MLT. Protease that enhances BCL10-induced activation: acts via formation of CBM complexes that channel adaptive and innate immune signaling downstream of CARD domain-containing proteins (CARD9, CARD11 and CARD14) to activate NF-kappa-B and MAP kinase p38 pathways which stimulate expression of genes encoding pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Ramos and IF analysis of Raji, Ramos. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
