The Recombinant MARCO Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C521625) against MARCO. MARCO is a pattern recognition receptor (PRR) which binds Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. MARCO also plays a role in binding of unopsonized particles by alveolar macrophages (By similarity) and binds to the secretoglobin SCGB3A2. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Mouse samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Mouse spleen,?Mouse liver and IHC analysis of Mouse spleen. The target is localized to the cell membrane.
