Recombinant MED4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant MED4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121340) against MED4. This gene encodes a component of the Mediator complex. The Mediator complex interacts with DNA-binding gene-specific transcription factors to modulate transcription by RNA polymerase II. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562, Mouse small intestine, Rat brain and IHC analysis of Human breast cancer. The target is localized to the nucleus.
