The Recombinant METTL3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110688) against METTL3. This gene encodes the 70 kDa subunit of MT-A which is part of N6-adenosine-methyltransferase. This enzyme is involved in the posttranscriptional methylation of internal adenosine residues in eukaryotic mRNAs, forming N6-methyladenosine. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of NCCIT and IHC analysis of Mouse testis tissue, prostate cancer tissue, Mouse testicles. The target is localized to the nucleus.
