Recombinant NDRG1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NDRG1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110287) against NDRG1. This gene is a member of the N-myc downregulated gene family which belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytoplasmic protein involved in stress responses, hormone responses, cell growth, and differentiation. The encoded protein is necessary for p53-mediated caspase activation and apoptosis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, SW480, Jurkat, PC-3, Mouse brain, Mouse eye, Rat brain, Rat eye. The target is localized to the membrane, cytoplasm.
