The Recombinant NQO1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110113) against NQO1. This gene is a member of the NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) family and encodes a cytoplasmic 2-electron reductase. This FAD-binding protein forms homodimers and reduces quinones to hydroquinones. This protein's enzymatic activity prevents the one electron reduction of quinones that results in the production of radical species. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, Hela, SH-SYSY, K562, LNCaP, MCF-7, NIH/3T3, Mouse kindey, Mouse brain, Mouse lung, PC-12, Rat kindey, Rat brain, Rat lung, IHC analysis of Human kidney, Mouse kidney and IF analysis of Mouse kidney, Rat kidney, HEK293.
